Prenatal Fitness
This small-group training program offers 50-minute, twice-weekly strength‑based circuits tailored for women in their second and third trimesters. Each class includes education on pregnancy‑specific fitness, breath work and mobility for posture and core support, trimester-adapted strength and cardio circuits, and a cool-down focusing on pelvic floor awareness and relaxation. Whether you're building strength, staying active, or preparing for birth, this expert-led program supports you at every stage of your pregnancy journey.

I am knowledgeable with using different types of exercise equipment from kettlebells and dumbbells to bodyweight exercises. Not only am I versed in various physical modalities of training, but know much about mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork exercises as well. I am happy to help you with whatever interests you.
Experience: I have been training for many years, ever since I can remember. From kettlebells to calisthenics, to barbells and dumbbells, acrobatics to martial arts I have tried my hand at it. I have worked with clients ranging from 18 to 70 years old, with varying degrees of fitness and experience. I believe that it is essential to personalize the program to the individual and together with my clients I have helped them reach their goals. I also believe the relationship between trainer and client can be a mutually beneficial one, where we both grow together.
