Complimentary Personal Training Session - (Members only)
Did you know new members receive a complimentary session with a certified personal trainer? This free session is the perfect opportunity to be introduced to the fitness center, learn how to use the equipment, and jumpstart your fitness goals. Our trainers are well-versed in all areas of health and fitness and will work with you on a program that fits your needs - whether it be general fitness goals, post-rehab, pre-/post-natal, weight management, injury prevention, strength training, functional training, or more.
What to expect - At the beginning of the session, your trainer will discuss your health history, fitness goals, and previous workout experience to design a plan for you. During the session, you will learn proper exercise techniques and experience the benefits of an individualized program.
