Mount Zion Housing, UCSF's apartment community at 2130 Post Street, is located in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood, just one block from our Mount Zion campus. The proximal location to the campus offers the convenience of UCSF shuttles, which connect you to all other campuses and nearby public transit hubs.
Mount Zion Housing consists of 71 apartments, ranging from 1 - 3 bedrooms. While the units vary in size, all have a modern touch with large windows that radiate an abundance of light. Faculty receive priority at Mount Zion Housing.*

Shuttle Service and Parking
The nearest shuttle stop is about two blocks away. Transportation Services offers an extensive shuttle network that spans the various UCSF campuses and sites.

Pets
If you are applying to live at Mount Zion and would like to bring a pet with you, you will be able to request to bring the pet within your Housing Application.
Within UCSF Housing, a “pet” is defined as a dog or domestic cat. At Mount Zion, approved residents can have up to 2 pets per unit. The fee per pet is $40 per month, on a prorated basis for any partial months, and is nonrefundable. Further information on the UCSF Housing Pet Policy is below.

The housing complex is located one block from the Mount Zion campus, on Post Street.
* Students are not eligible to live at Mount Zion Housing.
