Therefore, we encourage you to explore the various commuting alternatives available, such as UCSF Shuttles, MUNI/BART, ridesharing, bicycling, and more. Aldea San Miguel
- Housing Services will issue the Resident (license agreement holder) one parking permit that comes with your apartment at no additional cost.
- Aldea Residents may apply for an additional permit for a second vehicle for a monthly charge based on availability.
- A Bronze Shuttle Pass will be issued to Aldea residents and the Additional Occupants who live with them. The Bronze Shuttle Pass allows access to boarding on all UCSF Shuttles.

Avenues Houses (except 145 Irving Street)
- Some Faculty units have one designated parking space available in a garage, but depending on your assigned unit, parking is not guaranteed. The cost of this space is included with the rent, except for two units at 1468 5th Avenue. Please note that the garage assignment may or may not be in the same building as the residence, and the garage may be shared by more than one tenant.
- Avenues Residents may apply for street parking permits at the San Francisco Municipal Transit Authority, https://www.sfmta.com/permits/. The SFMTA also provides hourly and monthly rate public parking at the Kezar Stadium parking lot.

- Additional Occupants who live in campus housing, but do not have a UCSF ID badge, will be able to obtain a special UCSF Shuttle Permit from Housing Services.
145 Irving Street
- Per standing agreements between the University and the City of San Francisco, 145 Irving Street residents may not obtain a city permit for street parking through the San Francisco Municipal Transit Agency (SFMTA). However, residents may be eligible for the SFMTA’s hourly and monthly rate public parking at the Kezar Stadium parking lot.

- Additional Occupants who live in campus housing but do not have a UCSF ID badge will be able to obtain a special UCSF Shuttle Permit from Housing Services.
Mount Zion
- Housing Services provides parking on-site at 2130 Post Street. Parking permits are available for purchase for an additional monthly charge. Parking is first-come, first-served and is not guaranteed.

- Parking is not provided through UCSF Housing.
