Conference Services is thrilled to welcome UCSF, UC, and UC affiliate meetings, conferences, and events to our three venues.
Online Reservations
Use Event Management System (EMS), MyAccess required, to check if your desired venue/space is available and submit a request. Upon reviewing your request, we will verify the availability and confirm your reservation by sending you a service level agreement. Reserve this venue through EMS reservation.
Note: your reservation is not confirmed until you hear from us and receive a service level agreement.
Your room reservation includes:
- Custom floorplans to meet the vision of your event
- Setup and breakdown of in-house furniture
- Use of built in AV system and wifi
- On-site staff member your entire stay
- Basic cleaning and trash removal
