How do I update my credit card for membership payments?
Members can update their payment method in the UCSF Fitness and Recreation app. Members may also get assistance over the phone by calling 888-827-9262.
What if I don’t pay my membership dues on time?
A $30 late fee per month will be assessed to any membership that is over 30 days past due.
What is the billing cycle for membership dues?
Members automatically paying from a credit/debit card will be charged by the 10th of the month for that current calendar month’s membership dues. For example, billing on March 10 covers March 1-31.
How do I pay my monthly membership dues?
All members, UCSF staff, and salaried faculty are automatically charged on a credit/debit card monthly.

How do I access the member account system for the first time?
Members
To use the member account system/app, you must receive an invitation to login. Once received, you can login through the UCSF Fitness and Recreation app or online here.
Once you're logged in, click on the three dots in the bottom right corner to view your account information.
Non-Members
Please stop by the front desk or contact member.services@ucsf.edu for assistance.
How can I update my billing information?
• Log in to the app or your account online.
• Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner.
• Click on "Payment methods" and then add a new payment method.
• Alternatively, you can contact 888-827-926 to update it over the phone.
How can I check my current program registrations?
• Log in to the app or your account online. Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner.
• At the top, under "Things to do today" you will find a list of your current registrations.
