Core Foundations: Movement, Posture & Strength
Do you spend long hours sitting, experience stiffness, or want to build strength in a safe and supportive environment? This small-group training program is designed to improve posture, strengthen your core, and help prevent lower back injuries so you can move with confidence in your everyday life.
Led by certified fitness professionals, this program focuses on building a strong foundation through proper engagement of the core, glutes, and back. Each session emphasizes movement quality, stability, and alignment to support pain-free movement and reduce strain on the lower back.

Kettlebell Strength Training
Join our Certified Personal Trainer for this small-group class, where you will expand on the kettlebell swing and other foundational movement patterns to develop strength, power, and proper technique. Each session combines skill work and full-body training, with individualized coaching in a supportive group setting. You’ll build confidence, improve form, and progress safely while strengthening your core, glutes, and posterior chain.

Prenatal Fitness
This small-group training program offers 50-minute, strength‑based circuits tailored for women in their second and third trimesters. Each class includes education on pregnancy‑specific fitness, breathwork, and mobility for posture and core support; trimester-adapted strength and cardio circuits; and a cool-down focusing on pelvic floor awareness and relaxation. Whether you're building strength, staying active, or preparing for birth, this expert-led program supports you at every stage of your pregnancy journey. Limited to 6 participants.
