The Valley Meeting Rooms are located in the Wayne and Gladys Valley Center for Vision, across the street from the UCSF Medical Center and the Chase Center at Mission Bay. Opened in 2021, this center features two stunning floors with multiple rooms that can be configured with classroom-style seating. Equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video, this room is perfect for hybrid events.

Monday through Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm (Closed on University Holidays)
Online Reservations
Use Event Management System (EMS), MyAccess required, to check if your desired space is available and submit a request. Upon reviewing your request, we will verify the availability and confirm your reservation by sending you a service level agreement. Reserve this venue through EMS reservation.
Please note that while the rooms are complementary, special arrangements beyond the standard setup may incur custodial and/or AV charges.
