How the Program Works: Each year, authorized stakeholders submit project proposals, which are then prioritized through the FIN Program. This rigorous process helps create a detailed and accurate list of UCSF’s building and infrastructure needs, enabling the team to focus resources on the most critical priorities. By systematically addressing deferred maintenance, the FIN Program supports UCSF’s mission to maintain safe, functional, and sustainable facilities. |
