Tracking Metrics and Continuous Improvement
This year, the Center of Excellence expanded its focus under the name COE-PA (Program Accelerator). This new name represents our effort to foster an entrepreneurial, innovative spirit and accelerate the impact of our programs.
While embracing this new approach, we remain grounded in the critical thinking that has defined our prior COEs. We continue to leverage the ISO 9001 quality management standard to help program managers self-assess and refine their programs. The Centers of Excellence meet monthly to evaluate key metrics, progress, discuss challenges, and explore opportunities for collaboration. These sessions provide a platform for COE Program Managers and Senior Leadership to come together, address interdependencies, and identify ways to support one another in achieving shared goals. Through this collaborative and structured approach, the COE continues to evolve, driving excellence across programs and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
