Enhancing Service Delivery and Operational Consistency Across UCSF
At UCSF, the Center of Excellence – Program Accelerator (COE-PA) is a collaborative space where innovation and improvement come together. It began in 2016 with 15 programs in Facilities Services and has now grown to include 34 programs across Facilities Services and Campus Life Services.
Here, you can learn about the history of COE-PA, understand its purpose, and explore how your department can join this growing community.
The COE-PA connects program managers, leaders, and change-makers who share a goal of improving how we work and deliver services. From landscaping and engineering to custodial and maintenance operations, COE-PA promotes teamwork, learning, and forward-thinking solutions. Departments that join gain access to shared tools, proven methods like ISO 9001 and A3 Thinking, and opportunities to collaborate on challenges and successes.
Together, we accelerate innovation, strengthen performance, and ensure that UCSF continues to deliver high-quality, reliable services.
