Conference Services is thrilled to welcome UCSF, UC, and UC affiliate meetings, conferences, and events to our three venues - Mission Bay Conference Center, Millberry Union Conference Center, and Conference Center at the Aldea Center.
Note: The Conference Rooms at the Valley Center for Vision are now operated by Facilities Service. Reservations may be made in EMS (via MyAccess).
Online Reservations
Use Event Management System (EMS), MyAccess required, to check if your desired venue/space is available and submit a request. Upon reviewing your request, we will verify the availability and confirm your reservation by sending you a service level agreement. Reserve this venue through EMS reservation.
Note: your reservation is not confirmed until you hear from us and receive a service level agreement. 
Our Expert Service
Your room reservation includes:
- dedicated event specialist to assist with custom room layout
- room set up and clean up
- digital wayfinding signage for your attendees to locate your event (Mission Bay and Valley venues only)
