UCSF Community Feedback on the Climate Action Plan
UCSF has developed a Climate Action Plan (CAP) that outlines strategies to reduce operational greenhouse gas emissions from buildings and infrastructure, transportation, and waste over the next 20 years. The CAP aligns with UC’s Sustainable Practices Policy requirements and is designed as a flexible framework to accommodate changing opportunities and advancements that will arise over the plan's time horizon.
The CAP development included extensive technical analysis and stakeholder input. As we enter the final stages of the process, we invite UCSF faculty, staff, and learners to share feedback on the CAP before its publication in July 2026. We ask that you provide your perspectives through a brief survey designed to gather input on the plan's clarity, early priorities, and usability as it moves into implementation.
Please take a few minutes to review the CAP and share your perspectives. Your feedback is requested by Monday, June 22, 2026.
