UCSF is working towards a goal of transitioning to a 50% electric vehicle fleet by 2025. UCSF Health employees have many sustainable options for commuting, including UCSF Health shuttles, local transit, biking and walking. Telehealth visits have increased in recent years, reducing the emissions associated with patient travel. UCSF has increased the number of employees that telework, reducing the emissions associated with commuting.
