Timeline to Victory 🗓️
- February 5: Sign-ups Open (Get in early for the $20 drawing!)
- February 24: The Challenge Begins. Check your inbox for your Badge Tracker.
- February 24: to March 24: Complete as many challenges and submit them to us!
- March 24: Final deadline to submit your actions to qualify for prizes.
- March 31: Winners announced and final prizes distributed.

Early Momentum Raffle: For every 10 people who sign up during the first week, we’ll raffle off $20 Moffit Dollars.
Customized Zoom Backgrounds: We’ll send you a customized
Zoom background that updates to reflect your progress.
Milestone Prize (4/5 Badges): Almost there! Complete at least four badges to enter a raffle
for $60 Moffitt Dollars.
The Grand Prize (5/5 Badges): Complete the full "Green Streak" to enter the drawing for
$100 in Moffitt Dollars for your team

The "Merit" Stickers (The 3-Badge Goal): At the end of the challenge, we'll send you a selection of our limited edition stickers!
How it Works
1. Sign up for the challenge that corresponds to your unit (office, clinic, or lab).
2. Submit your progress through the SmartSheet
3. Review each action and select your status for each:
✅ Completed
⏳ In Progress / Intend to Complete
❌ Cannot Complete
4. Upload proof for any challenge marked 'Completed' and submit the form.
5. After submitting, you'll receive:
🏅 Badge confirmations for completed actions
🔔 Automated email reminders for any unfinished badges
📎 Each reminder will include a direct link to the specific action so you can complete it
You may move at your own pace — but all challenge actions must be completed and submitted no later than March 24.
