The UC President’s Bonnie Reiss Climate Action Fellowship funds student-led projects that advance the University of California’s goal to achieve 90% decarbonization by 2045—making UC the first major university to commit to this ambitious climate target. The program is administered at each location, including all 10 campuses and five academic health centers, to align student efforts with local needs. At UCSF, the Fellowship supports initiatives that promote sustainability and climate resilience in clinical and health science environments.
