If you have questions or suggestions, reach out to us. Ways to RecognizeWhile there are many ways to recognize someone, start by asking how one likes to be recognized. This creates a tailored experience that considers preferences and comfort levels. CLS Recognize card. Hand out and pass on the CLS affirmation cards. These cards are created by CLS for CLS and are a quick way to recognize a colleague on the move. Give one to the shuttle driver or a custodian who works hard to keep your space clean. When you receive one, keep it or pass it on to the next rock star. These cards are available for pick up at the fourth-floor Rutter office. Supervisors can order the cards online through Documents and Media.See it, Fix it: All CLS staff are now welcome to easily report any maintenance issues in building common areas* to help ensure a better workplace environment. You can submit a report at your fingertips through the SiFi form. The process is quick and designed for you to report issues easily while on the go. Our Facilities maintenance team will address the issue promptly, ensuring our public spaces remain spic and span. At the end of the month, we'll be holding a raffle to pick plenty of winners who will each receive a $10 gift card. So, be sure to submit your requests through SiFi for a chance to win!*The SiFi platform is exclusively for reporting maintenance needs in common areas on campus such as hallways, corridors, public restrooms, elevators, and other publicly shared spaces. If you have requests or issues related to your specific department or workspace, please contact MyFS@ucsf.edu.
