To get started, let us know what your AV and technology support needs are. If needed, UCSF Educational Technology Services can take on the labor of running AV during your events. If you’re hosting an event that requires a more advanced level of AV service, we can direct you to a vendor who can assist in meeting your needs.

Non-UCSF Clients and Nonprofits
To get started, let us know what your AV and technology support needs are. Our preferred vendor for AV support is Fog City Audio Visual. Their team is very familiar with our venues and provide great tech support for your event.
Clients are welcome to bring in their own AV team and equipment to support their event vision. We have WIFI and hardline network access available for use, though routers are not allowed on our networks. To maintain the highest operational standards and ensure a smooth setup, please coordinate with our Conference Services Team for our complete third-party vendor guidelines. Applicable third-party vendor or facility fees may be associated with this option, and our team will clearly outline these details with you in advance.
