Sophia Labeko 
A firm believer in doing things with purpose, Sophia practices strategic planning in marketing and communications with every project. She’s an experienced copywriter and content developer with a strong eye for detail.
Sarah Cronin
Sarah is a writer and teacher originally from the Bay Area. Sarah earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Dance and Performance Studies from UC Berkeley and recently completed her M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of San Francisco. Sarah formally began her writing career covering social and environmental resistance movements in Brazilian favelas in the lead-up to the 2016 Olympics. Since then, Sarah has written across multiple genres for editorial publications, nonprofit organizations, and private clients. In addition to working as a Communications Specialist at UCSF, Sarah also teaches an evening Creative Writing class at USF where she enjoys helping students hone their unique creative voices.
Ko Kong
Ko is a storyteller; he tells his stories through graphics. He has worked as a graphic designer for over eight years, and he loves finding the most effective ways to utilize graphics to communicate ideas with his audience. In his free time, he enjoys painting, sewing, and spending time with his cats.
Megan Gonzalez
Megan is a marketing specialist with over 10 years of experience helping people stay informed, engaged, and inspired. She’s especially passionate about wellness, blending her love of design, fitness, and community to create opportunities for UCSF employees and the broader San Francisco community to connect and prioritize their well-being through campus programs and events. When she’s not crafting creative campaigns, you’ll likely find her breaking a sweat, singing along to country music, planning the next adventure, or chasing after her two little ones.
Christine Sweet
Christine Sweet (she/her) is a communications specialist who loves bringing people together through clear messaging, engaging events, and creative storytelling. At UCSF, her work blends strategy and heart to make communications both effective and inclusive. She thrives on building community connections, turning ideas into experiences that resonate, and finding creative ways to make information easy to digest. Outside of work, Christine is fueled by curiosity, collaboration, and good food.
