Common Tidelands maintenance questions
Why aren’t the ceiling, concrete pillars or walls painted in my unit? That is the look we were going for! Modern industrial.
Why doesn’t the AC work in my unit? We do not have AC in our buildings. Please open a window or purchase a standing fan.
How do I turn off the fan (ERV) in my unit? The bathroom fan in your unit is regulating the temperature of the building while circulating fresh clean air to each unit. So, you are not only getting the cleanest air possible, but the temperature control reduces the heating use, which creates a sustainable building as well. We have heard that this circulation noise can be reduced significantly by closing the door to the bathroom.
Where is the trash room? It is located in the lower level floor in the parking garage.
Can you remove the furniture in my unit? Can I have a different sized bed? Unfortunately, we do not have the storage space to remove any furniture that comes with your unit.
Where can I park to load and unload things into my unit? We have loading zones located in front of each building, on Minnesota Street.
