UC Moves: Lunchtime Walks
Join us for UC Moves: Lunchtime Walks, a supplement to the UC Moves event designed to get you moving and recharged during your day! Led by UCSF Fitness and Recreation personal trainers, these brisk, 30-minute walks offer a fun, social, and energizing break from your routine—perfect for all fitness levels, expect to walk around 3,000-4,000 steps. These walks will be led through both the Mission Bay and Parnassus campuses and their surrounding areas. Step out, get active, and stay motivated as part of the UC Moves community!
Wednesday, May 7: Mission Bay (meet by Koret Quad near Rutter Center), 12:00-12:30 pm
Thursday, May 15: Parnassus (meet at Millberry Union by the food court and flower shop), 12:00-12:30 pm
