Cycling Skills:
This focused session breaks down essential cycling skills to help you ride more efficiently and confidently. We will cover bike setup, posture, pedal stroke, resistance control, and cadence. Expect guided practice and instructor feedback so you can apply these skills to every ride, improve power, and reduce discomfort or injury.
Strength Skills (Athletic conditioning, LM Grit™, LM BodyPump™):
This class is designed to improve how you move and lift. You will practice foundational strength patterns such as squats vs deadlifts, cleans, flies vs presses, and front squat with an emphasis on proper form, breathing, and control. The goal is to build strength safely, move with intention, and feel more confident in strength-based classes.
Yoga Foundational Skills:
This focused session breaks down essential yoga skills to help you move with greater comfort and confidence in any yoga class. You will practice breath, alignment, transitions, and common postures with clear demonstrations and instructor feedback. The class introduces vinyasa, yin, and restorative foundations, including effective use of props for support, mobility, and relaxation.
