• Understand the basic of lactation accommodation laws and policies: UC PPSM84 & CA SB-142
• Explain resources and services provided by the UCSF Lactation Accommodation Program
• Appropriately communicate specific lactation resources
• Name UCSF contacts that can help you with specific lactation accommodation challenges (lactation breaks, alternative private spaces, and adjusting to employee new pump break time needs)
