Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies
Children’s Council of San Francisco provides referrals to S. F.‘s licensed child care programs, in addition to offering other types of family support. Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland employees seeking information on care options and related services in Alameda County may refer to Bananas (northern Alameda County), Community Child Care Council of Alameda County (southern Alameda County) and Hively (Tri-Valley). Back-Up Care
UCSF’s back-up care program provides eligible employees (faculty, residents and clinical fellows) with 20 days of care per academic year (co-payments apply). Students receive 10 days/academic year. UCSF Child Care Centers
The four UCSF child care centers are operated by Bright Horizons Family Solutions and serve children ages 0-5. All four centers are open.
