Join Us for the 2nd Annual Continuous Improvement Fair
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural Continuous Improvement (CI) Fair, this year’s enterprise-focused CI Fair welcomes all members of the UCSF community. We are broadening our focus to cultivate a community of practice that bridges Campus and Health, bringing together colleagues across the organization to accelerate learning, innovation, and impact.
Join us to learn what your colleagues have been working on! This year’s action-packed agenda will feature an exciting Keynote Speaker, a leadership panel, and will include community-driven activities such as:
- Breakout Session Blocks: New this year! 25-minute deep-dive presentations focus on an improvement effort or a quick Lean Lesson. You will be able to choose from multiple sessions offered within each breakout block. Space is limited; please select the sessions you would like to attend when you register for the CI Fair. We will remove sessions from registration as we reach capacity.
- CI Showcase Booths: We’re bringing back Booths! We will have booths set up in the back of Robertson Hall, featuring a variety of interactive activities.
- Poster Sessions: Stroll through poster sessions featuring your colleagues’ Improvement efforts.
Registration is now closed.
