Winter - Spring 2024
- install scaffolding, plywood barrier, and shrinkwrap
- Install plywood barrier, document Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) joints, and add sealant
- investigate wall behind EIFS, install new door frames, strip window frame, paint storefronts
- protect new paint, strip window gaskets and new door frames, strip window frame from loose paint and place louvers shipment
Spring - Winter 2024
- demo EIFS, install exoair sheathing, base of wall flashing, EIFS system
- complete exoair sheathing, apply wet glazing and new sealants, complete EIFS system
- Complete wet-glazing and add new sealants, demobilize scaffolding, substantial completion
