UC Policy requires each campus and health location to obtain 100% clean electricity by 2025. UC San Francisco has made great strides toward this goal by transferring our largest electric accounts from PG&E to UC’s Clean Power Program and San Francisco city’s clean power program, CleanPowerSF.
On-site Renewable Electricity - UCSF has invested in on-site renewable solar generation. The 9 PV systems located on our Parnassus, Mission Bay & Fresno campuses generate 2.7 million kWh of electricity annually.
UCSF has made great strides to increase its use of 100 percent clean, renewable, electricity.
