User copy codes for PMP enrolled devices need to be established to access these devices.
PMP enrolled devices use the Xerox Standard Accounting (XSA) billing process that requires user copy codes for access. PMP can enable user Copy Codes (aka accounting codes) on the Xerox
devices. User or department Copy Code requests can be made here online using the button provided to get started.
A single copy code can be used by you or your department. Additional codes may be requested should you need to track costs for different projects/grants.
Also, please include the device DM# in your request, found on the PMP sticker on the device.
Please have your COA (Chart Of Accounts) information available BEFORE starting your Copy Code request, as a funding source is required for access to printing & copying.
Once the user copy code is enabled, you will need to contact IT to have your computer “mapped” to the Xerox device.
