Instructions for Managers/Supervisors
Method 1 - Downloadable and sortable report: View the Campus Dashboard Quick Guide to learn how to easily run a report on the Campus Dashboard.
Method 2 - View an employee's learning record one at a time: Go to the UC Learning Center, click on “My Team” icon, then “Manager Dashboard” and search by employee name.
You can also have your Staff check on their own completion status.
Instructions for Staff to self look-up
Method 1 - Access the Campus Dashboard and click “My activities”.
Method 2 - Go to the UC Learning Center, click on “Self” icon, then “Reporting” and “Training Transcript” to see the list of your completed courses. Be sure to select the date range as "All".
(Both require MyAccess login.)
