While many usher in the new year with resolutions for self-improvement, the UCSF Office of Sustainability is taking a slightly different approach to goal setting with sustainable New Year's resolutions.
These resolutions are small personal changes, or micro-habits, that improve our daily lives and help protect the environment.
Members of the Office of Sustainability team shared a few of the commitments they are making this year:

Elizabeth Lin, Sustainability Officer
This year I pledge to:
- Choose products to purchase with minimal or no plastic packaging.
- Consume less meat.
- Teach a friend a sustainable tip; learn a sustainable tip.

Tracey Tuyen, Contract & Grant Writer, Analyst
