We measured the number of people per household.
Faculty and staff applications increased, and we expect to see this trend continue. This is a result of Housing Services beginning to offer staff housing in 2021, and increasing our faculty housing inventory at Mount Zion in the same year.
1-Bedrooms were the first choice of all applicants, across all of our properties. Our efficiency units are single-occupancy studios.
