Sue Forstat
Director of Health Care Facilitator and COPE programs & Director of People Wellness Strategic Initiatives within Human Resources. Sue has worked at UCSF for 35 years in a variety of roles in both UCSF Health and UCSF Campus departments. In her current role, she works to ensure equitable access to health care for all UCSF employees, including supporting them in navigating the challenges of their health insurance and expanding access to mental health services.
Alisha Tolani, MD
Dr. Alisha Tolani is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist who provides compassionate, holistic fertility care, with particular interests in male factor infertility, hormonal conditions such as PCOS, and caring for patients with complex medical conditions. Her research focuses on developing technologies to improve treatment of male infertility and expand access to fertility care. Dr. Tolani is deeply committed to advocacy and health equity, serving on the UCSF Obstetrics & Gynecology Advocacy Committee and as a national PRIMED Advocacy Fellow with the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN training at Stanford University, her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UCSF, and previously worked in maternal health globally as a Fulbright Scholar in Honduras.
