PHASE 1:Convert Existing Facilities | PHASE 2:Renovation and Addition of New Restrooms |
| Identify and convert single-occupancy or single-stall restrooms to inclusive restrooms. This scope is limited to changing signage and locksets on the doors. | Identify buildings that do not have any single-stall restrooms and either add a new inclusive restroom or renovate existing restrooms to inclusive restrooms. |
