With the retirement of Lisa Gee (35 years of service) and Judy Flannery (20 years of service) this past June, we are working to promote from within in order to manage some of the work and responsibilities these beloved staff handled in the department for our customers.
Eric Wu
Eric Wu (22 years of service) will serve as our new Service Centers Supervisor, managing the Parnassus location where Judy worked, along with our centers at Mission Bay, UC Law SF, and UC Berkeley. We are in the process of recruiting a staff member for the Parnassus location, so we are currently on a "by appointment" schedule for the time being.
Eric moves over from being one of leads in the UCSF Print Management Program (PMP) managing equipment logistics (installs, moves, removals) across the three campuses we serve (UCSF, UC Berkeley, UC Law SF), along with related day-to-day service & support responsibilities. Eric actually began his career at the Parnassus office serving as a customer service specialist for 10 years there before being pulled to help establish PMP as a department service.
Irene Lee
Irene Lee will serve as our new Planning & Stationery Supervisor, managing University stationery for all the UC campuses we serve and also print job planning that can include traditional offset printing or digital printing and direct mail service.
Irene (18 years of service) moves over from being the lead of the stationery team, which included overseeing compliance with the various UC campus and UCSF Health brand standards needed to produce business cards, letterhead, and envelopes, to managing the team and staff on our team who serve as job planners that include design & typesetting or detailed variable data printing & mailing. Prior to joining us at UCSF, Irene worked for a number of years at San Francisco State University (SFSU) in their Campus Graphics unit, producing print & stationery materials for students, staff, and faculty.
While we all miss Judy and Lisa, we know that Eric and Irene are ready to take on this opportunity and help us continue to deliver the quality products and services our customers need.
